The Pancreas & Bile Trio brings together three products that belong together in traditional nose-to-tail eating: beef pancreas and ox bile from organic pasture-raised cattle – freeze-dried pancreas with organic liver and pure ox bile – plus a capsule with 12 strains of lactic acid bacteria.

The pancreas is an organ that is hardly eaten any more in Western kitchens. Per daily serving it provides 3.3 µg vitamin B12 (132 % NRV), 233 µg vitamin A (29 % NRV) and 0.21 mg copper (21 % NRV). Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

The ox bile comes from the gallbladder of organic pasture-raised cattle and is encapsulated without additives. The lactic acid bacteria capsule contains 20 billion CFU from 12 strains of the genera Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus and Streptococcus. Organic beef pancreas: 4 capsules with the first meal and 4 capsules with the last meal. Organic ox bile: 1 capsule with each main meal, no more than 3 capsules per day. Lactic acid bacteria: 1 capsule each before breakfast and before dinner. Take with sufficient liquid; do not take the organ capsules on an empty stomach.

The recommended intake on the individual tubs applies when they are taken as single products; in the bundle, this combination applies. At this amount, the pancreas and lactic acid bacteria last 30 days.

The Pancreas & Bile Trio consists of one tub each of organic beef pancreas, organic ox bile and lactic acid bacteria. All three products are also available individually. In the bundle they are matched to a shared daily serving.

Why beef pancreas?

The pancreas is one of the organs that people used to eat as a matter of course. Today it mostly ends up in pet food. Freeze-dried and encapsulated, it has no taste. The added organic liver (20 %) contributes vitamin A and vitamin B12, which occur naturally in liver.

Why lactic acid bacteria?
