Glow & Grow brings together three products in one daily serving of hair, skin and nails vitamins and minerals: freeze-dried organic beef liver, pure oyster extract and hydrolysed collagen from organic grass-fed cattle. The nutrients come from whole foods, not from isolated vitamins.

Each daily serving provides 2.1 mg zinc (21 % NRV), 9.8 µg selenium (18 % NRV), 0.83 mg copper (83 % NRV), 767 µg vitamin A (96 % NRV) and 0.21 mg riboflavin (15 % NRV). Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, and selenium to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation and to the maintenance of normal connective tissues. Vitamin A and riboflavin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.

On top of that you get 9.3 µg vitamin B12 (370 % NRV), which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and 10 g collagen with 9.4 g protein. The collagen is unflavoured and dissolves in tea, coffee or water. As a hair and nail vitamins set, it costs less than buying the three products separately.

Beef liver: 5 capsules with the first full meal of the day. Oyster extract: 4 capsules with the last full meal. Collagen: 10 g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon) dissolved in tea, coffee or water, at any time of day. Do not take the capsules on an empty stomach.

The recommended intakes on the individual products apply when they are taken on their own; in the set, this combination applies. At this amount, the liver lasts 48 days.
