About

German Acacia Honey Directly from the Beekeeper

Be enchanted by the exquisite quality of our German acacia honey, a rare honey specialty from German black locust forests. Experience the pure, natural sweetness that connoisseurs appreciate.

German Acacia Honey – Delicious and Rare

Connoisseurs know exactly what they want when buying acacia honey, and we can meet those expectations. It is perfect for sweetening desserts and beverages like tea and has a distinct, unique flavor, with a color ranging from deep gold to a fresh golden yellow.

By the way, the black locust blossom is very sensitive to rain. A single rain shower on the open flower ends the honey harvest, which is why genuine German acacia honey is not available every year. This rarity makes it something truly special.

When collecting acacia honey, the bees use both the nectar of the flowers and the honeydew that the tree usually produces on its own. The result is a honey of unparalleled purity and mildness.

Our German acacia honey is harvested directly in Germany, from regional and natural locations of our partner beekeepers.

Storage, Tips, and Shelf Life

Storage:
Store at room temperature for optimal freshness.

Tips:
If you buy German acacia honey and don't need it right away, place it in the freezer (not the refrigerator) to keep it liquid. The cold slows molecular movement so much that sugar crystals cannot form. For example, if you put a liquid honey that normally crystallizes after three weeks in the freezer and take it out after a year, it will remain liquid. The ingredients and quality are preserved 100%.

To make crystallized honey liquid again, we recommend placing it in a water bath at about 40 degrees Celsius. After a few minutes, your honey will regain its original consistency.

Shelf life:
Approximately 2 years shelf life
